About the Partner Program

Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete application information.
• Maintain a valid mobile number and an email address where applicable.
• Use your real identity or legally recognized organization information.
• Accept all applicable AdLeef policies and terms.
• Complete any review or verification process requested by AdLeef.

Partner application and approval

• AdLeef may review identity and contact information.
• AdLeef may review the applicant's working area.
• AdLeef may review payout information.
• AdLeef may review business or organization information where applicable.
• Supporting documents are optional unless AdLeef later requests specific verification.
• AdLeef may review previous activity on the AdLeef platform.

Business Partner membership fee

• Partners are not required to pay the membership fee in advance.
• AdLeef will deduct the fee from eligible earned commission once sufficient commission has accumulated.
• When available commission is lower than the outstanding fee, AdLeef may deduct the available amount and deduct the remaining balance from future commission.
• After the full fee has been deducted, no further membership-fee deduction applies unless a new approved arrangement is created.
• The applicable membership fee will be displayed through the AdLeef platform or communicated through an official channel.
• The membership fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Partner responsibilities

• Promote AdLeef professionally, honestly and ethically.
• Introduce genuine advertisers, businesses and service providers.
• Provide correct information about AdLeef services and packages.
• Help customers understand registration and package-selection procedures.
• Avoid promises that are not officially authorized by AdLeef.
• Protect AdLeef's name, brand, reputation and goodwill.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow applicable laws and AdLeef policies.

Partner code and referrals

• Do not transfer or sell a Partner code.
• Do not use another Partner's code without authorization.
• Do not create fake users or advertisers.
• Do not force, mislead or improperly influence users to use a referral code.
• Do not use a code for transactions created only to generate commission.

Commission policy

• The advertiser must be eligible under the applicable Commission Plan.
• The correct Partner relationship must be recorded.
• The customer must complete payment successfully.
• The payment must be confirmed by AdLeef.
• Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, disputed or unpaid transactions are not eligible.
• AdLeef may withhold, reverse, adjust or cancel commission when fraud, policy violations, referral manipulation or accounting errors are identified.
• AdLeef may update commission rates with reasonable prior notice through an official channel.

Commission withdrawal

• Withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods.
• Partners must provide accurate payout information.
• AdLeef may require identity or payout verification.
• Processing time may vary because of verification, holidays, banking systems, mobile financial services or payment providers.
• Provider charges, taxes or permitted deductions may apply.
• AdLeef may delay or reject a request when fraud, incorrect payout information, policy violations or disputed transactions are identified.

Renewal commission

• Renewal commission may differ from a new-package commission.
• Eligibility may depend on the original referral relationship.
• Package, timing, payment and account-status requirements may apply.
• Renewal commission is not guaranteed unless the renewal meets published conditions.

Performance rewards

• Monthly performance bonuses.
• Annual achievement awards.
• Partner recognition programs.
• Target-based rewards.
• Special promotional campaigns.

Prohibited activities

• Creating fake, duplicate or misleading accounts.
• Submitting false Partner or customer information.
• Publishing fake or misleading advertisements.
• Purchasing packages mainly to generate commission.
• Misrepresenting AdLeef services, prices, packages or benefits.
• Using spam, bots, automated messaging or unauthorized marketing methods.
• Making unauthorized promises, guarantees or discounts.
• Misusing customer information.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to manipulate referrals, commission, payouts or platform records.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, harmful or illegal activity.

Code of conduct

• Treat customers with honesty and respect.
• Communicate professionally.
• Explain clearly that AdLeef is an advertising platform.
• Avoid false promises or guaranteed-result claims.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
• Protect the AdLeef brand.
• Cooperate with legitimate reviews or investigations.

Suspension or termination

• AdLeef may restrict, suspend or terminate a Partner account for policy violations.
• AdLeef may act against fraud, dishonesty, customer-information misuse or reputation damage.
• AdLeef may act after repeated verified complaints.
• AdLeef may act against manipulation of commissions, referrals or payouts.
• Commission linked to fraudulent, prohibited, refunded, cancelled, reversed or disputed activity may be withheld or cancelled.
• Where permitted, AdLeef may deduct amounts owed to AdLeef from unpaid Partner earnings.

Taxes and legal obligations

• Partners are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws.
• Partners are responsible for reporting earnings where required.
• Partners must maintain any business licences or registrations required for their activities.
• Partners are responsible for taxes, duties, fees or government charges related to their earnings.
• AdLeef may deduct or report taxes where required by law.

Limitation of liability

• AdLeef is not responsible for a Partner's personal or business expenses.
• AdLeef is not responsible for unauthorized statements made by a Partner.
• AdLeef is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a Partner.
• AdLeef does not guarantee customers, sales, opportunities, income or commission.
• AdLeef is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers or other third parties.
• To the extent permitted by law, AdLeef is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation.
